So, today, Chris has a show at a party in Maryland, so Andre and I had the house to ourselves. I did homework for a ridiculous amount of time, while Andre kept guard at the window. He's pretty freaking nice. Here's a family pic Leigh Ann took of us for the little guy's birthday.
I've been reading and doing assignments for my Management class I've been taking. It's actually way more interesting than I thought it would be. I'm also taking a CIS100 class, which is AWFUL! One assignment I had, was to write a paper on the first time I used a computer, and describe which functions I thought were easy, and which were hard. Like, are you serious?! I was in like, 2nd or 3rd grade the first time I used a computer. I hate irrelevant mandatory classes.
So, I just got a text from Vicky, and I guess I need to finally change out of my pajamas, because apparently we're going out in Belle Vernon at 11. Woo! I've been 21 for just over 6 months, and I'm already pretty much over going to bars. They're pretty overrated, unless you're single, I guess. Nonetheless, it's nice to hang out with friends.
It's weird how different my life is now, than it has been in my entire life. I live with Chris now, and we spend an awful lot of time at home, on the couch. That might have sounded like a complaint, but it's really not. We were just discussing last night how it's pretty cool that we're both such homebodies. I haven't spent this much time at home (not including work), since I was a little kid. It's nice to live with your favorite person, so you don't have to leave the house to do something fun. I think we should go on dates soon though. Chris, if you're reading this, take me to dinner and the movies. kthanks.
